In a seersucker fabric, this black smock dress falls at midi length and has a heart-cut out in the centre of the chest. There’s ruffle detailing on both the shoulder and where the bodice meets the full skirt. It’s fastenable by a concealed zipper down the back, and it would be an Oaf dress without them, so there are side seam pockets.
